Food & Drink

Eating out doesn't need to break your holiday budget. A fresh oven-baked pizza and a beer or a glass of wine is a great option for an inexpensive meal out. The house wine in most Italian restaurants is perfectly enjoyable and you can even order a quarter litre which is about one and a half medium glasses. Have a look at the "primi piatti" which are the rice and pasta dishes and are are often adequate sized portions for a main course. For a budget dessert try an ice cream at the many ice cream parlours in town and join the Italians for their after dinner passeggiata! N/A

Food & Drink

At lunchtime why not take advantage of the good weather and pack a picnic? Freshly made sandwiches and cold drinks are available from Salumeria Bianchetti by the town hall and Il Cicinnin sandwich takeaway in Via Principe Tomaso. Both bakeries and the pizza "al trancio" shops sell pizza slices and focaccia. Cold drinks and other snacks are also available at the supermarket (NB the supermarket cannot make sandwiches for you).
